This is a User Agreement between the user (User referred to as “you”) and Travel Link Worldwide Ltd (Travel Link referred to as “we”, “us”). Please read these terms and conditions of use before using Travel Link’s website and making any booking. Terms and conditions subject to change.You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site, without qualification. Sales and refunds policy:


Travel Link’s responsibility is limited to the reservation service delivered, we are not responsible for the service received beyond the travel agency.  Travel Link is not liable for the quality of the airline service, airport services, delays, cancellations, curtailment, loss of baggage, road traffic incidents, weather, poor service, and any other aspect of service outside the scope of reservation. Our service covers reservations and advise prior to purchase. In the event of any special circumstances, for example where airlines change schedules/carriers, occurrence of pandemics or natural disasters, Travel Link may assist amendments, with appropriate fees for service. The customer is responsible for making an informed decision regarding the purchase.After reservations, any changes and cancellations will incur booking amendment and cancellation fees (fees vary). The customer must ensure that they have provided us with the correct details required for booking, for example, correct passport information, names, email addresses, phone numbers etc. Travellers are responsible for ensuring their passports/travel documents are valid, visa arrangements for their transits/destinations and, any other prequisites including medical requirements (vaccinations/ PCR testing, certificates, proofs, etc.). Bookings will only be made upon receipt of an initial deposit. Payment must be made in full and well in advance before departure. Non-payment may result in reservations being cancelled and tickets invalidated. Travel Link worldwide Limited conduct business in line with the Data protection legislation.Travel Link Worldwide Limited secure flight/accommodation reservations once a deposit has been received, and the customer must ensure that balance is settled within agreed timescale. Invoices are issued the moment a booking and deposit is given. In the event of non-payment, tickets will not be issued/will be cancelled. Cancellations fee will be deducted as per Travel Link’s standard terms and conditions (which is variable)
A deposit secures the booking and guarantees the fare- there is no cooling off period. (once the deposit is paid, you will not get it back). 
The majority of fares sold are already discounted, please refrain from demanding extra discounts. The agent endeavours to  give you the best deal while ensuring legal requirements are met and contracts with airlines/industry members are honoured.  On occasion, special discount codes and promotions may run, you are encouraged to sign up to marketing communications from Travel Link to benefit from special sales.
Please ensure you mention the correct ages of each passenger, this way we can ensure discounted fares for special groups (including infant/senior citizen etc.) are quoted accurately.  

Payments

Travel Link Worldwide Ltd accepts all major forms of payment and legal tender. However, bank transfer is the preferred and most efficient way to pay and guarantees your booking (if paid in full).To make a bank transfer to Travel Link, please enter our details:

Refunds

Notice to refund must be received in writing from client email initially provided at time of reservation and purchase. (Please scroll down for refund requests button). Acknowledgment email must confirm receipt of client instruction to cancel and refund ticket specifying charges applicable and 6 or 8 weeks delay to finalise refund (dependant on airline rules etc.). Passenger and agents are to be advised by Travel Link’s consultants immediately of the consequences of cancelling a non-refundable ticket. 
 Due to Money Laundering Regulations, refunds will only be made to credit/debit card account used at time of purchase or nominated bank account of lead passenger, no  cash refunds nor cheques.
 For purchases made by cash/cheque/online banking/ BGC, refunds will be made to nominated UK bank account of lead name or passenger whose ticket has been refunded or lead name on invoice.  Part utilized tickets are non-refundable.In case of fully not utilized tickets that are non-refundable, only the refundable taxes will be refunded to clients (Service/admin/cancellation fee is required in all cases).

You will receive email confirmation of the booking itinerary, the invoice stating amount due/refund notes with amount payable and a receipt of payment. Please retain written confirmation should any dispute arise.
